24.01.2022 EP Jess getting them back gains on the new Lat Pulldown machine. The lat pulldown is a fantastic exercise to strengthen the latissimus dorsi muscle, the broadest muscle in your back, which promotes good postures and spinal stability.

22.01.2022 I understand the irony in posting this to Facebook - but don’t believe everything you read on social media/the internet. Here are two articles with contradicting click-bait headlines, posted by the same outlet, less than two years apart. Please always get your medical and health advice from medical and health professionals. Social media means everyone has a microphone to the world, so always use your own critical thinking and consult professionals when it comes to your own ...health.

19.01.2022 We usually don’t share commercials etc - but this is too good not to! We all have the ability to exercise, sometimes we just need to find our ‘why’.

19.01.2022 Jolene: rest days are important too.

07.01.2022 EvoMove Program. Limited places available. Starting January 2021. The program is designed to replicate the evolution of movement over a 10-week period. This is a program tailored toward people who have had a layoff from resistance exercise, or who people who have never felt comfortable doing resistance exercise before. By the end of the 10 weeks, you will be ready, both physically and cognitively, to engage in resistance exercise safely and consistently.

03.01.2022 EvoMove Program coming in 2021. The EvoMove Program is designed to replicate the evolution of human movement. We have all heard the phrase ‘crawl before you walk’, but when it comes to exercise, rightly or wrongly, people are often placed under a barbell on their first structured exercise session. The EvoMove Program is a 10-week program that respects the fact that as babies, we all start on our back, before we have the strength to roll-over, sit up, crawl, stand, walk, lift ...and carry. The program will be targeted at people who have either not participate in structured resistance exercise in a long time, or ever! There will only be limited places available in the program, so you can now begin to register your interest and we will keep you updated!
