23.01.2022 Hi everyone, As per the prime ministers conference yesterday, beauty salons are still able to operate. I will be taking clients until further notice but do anticipate that a shut down is imminent if you have an appointment booked in the coming weeks and are able to move it forward, please do. Lash and brow treatments obviously require me to be in close proximity to you, thus if you do not feel comfortable with this, have even the slightest hint of sickness or have ...been in contact with someone who is or suspected to be sick, please DO NOT make an appointment. As mentioned previously, I am maintaining strict hygiene measures as per usual, along with extra precautions. If you have a gift voucher, please contact me before booking an appointment so I can give you a code to use.... A $20 booking fee is now required to secure your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a $20 late cancellation fee. Eftpos facilities are now available for your convenience. Prices have been updated and can be viewed by following the link. Refills have been restructured to offer two appointment lengths. A regular refill is recommended when you have at least 50% retention, and a long refill is for at least 30% retention. This allows me to allocate you an appropriate amount of time to fill your lashes fully. If your lashes are straight, downward-pointing or curl in different directions, a lash lift will make a big difference pair it with a ...tint for the most impact Extensions are applied to your natural lashes and as there are various styles, curls and lengths to choose from, theyre very customisable. They can be simple and natural or bold and super glam hybrids and volume extensions add fullness to sparser lashes and make full lashes super dense Which option is better for you? This depends on what your lash goals are. Maintenance is higher with extensions compared to a lash lift but more options are available e.g. for sparser lashes, volume extensions can fill gaps and create fullness, something a lash lift cant do. 03.01.2022 CLOSING TOMORROW MIDNIGHT 25 MARCH Tonight the Australian Government announced that all beauty salons must close by midnight tomorrow. I fully support the decision but its still devastating. I started Hello Bambi as a side business after becoming interested in lash extensions and because I was always searching for vegan and cruelty-free beauty services. I wanted to combine the two and create a space where you could relax and enjoy your treatment, knowing everything ...was animal-friendly. For a long time I worked after hours and on weekends in addition to a full time job. I left that job last year to focus on Hello Bambi and it was a dream come true. Without knowing how long it will be until we can open again, this is a little heart breaking While we are closed, if anyone would like to purchase a gift certificate for future use, that would be much appreciated I know many of you may not be in a position to right now, but Id like to offer a buy any two services, get a third free deal. 03.01.2022 To get the most out of your lash extensions, its important to keep them clean with an oil-free cleanser and soft brush. Makeup and oil builds up along the lash line throughout the day and this can break down the glue bond, loosening your extensions. Its also unhygienic to leave makeup and oil to accumulate on your extensions, and trust me, lash techs can tell how well you keep them clean!
