09.01.2022 With open homes being cancelled, weve been picking up & delivering for small businesses to elderly and disabled locals in need. All goods go in the backseat and the process is contactless. Were not sure how long we can do this with a full shutdown coming, but tag small businesses who need help or locals who need help. Postcodes 4005/4006 only. Were doing this around and between work commitments. Ive also reverse engineered our database to communicate on a mass scale and help anyone who needs it. Tag, DM or call!

06.01.2022 The real estate industry is built on a pyramid marketing scheme paid for by the consumer. Where agents are trained and encouraged to push coffee table marketing to promote the brand and themselves, some companies even award the agent with the most significant contribution or greatest profiling. The question consumers should ask; If you have so many buyers and such a good database, why do I need to spend tens of thousands of dollars on marketing? Agents generate hundreds of ...thousands of dollars in marketing on properties that never sell, just by promising people what they want to hear, rather than delivering facts and process. According to the ABS data (which is publicly available), 90% of Australian households own one or multiple smartphones, have an active email address and access to social media. The 10% who dont are either too young to purchase a home or living in a retirement village. The data speaks for itself, dont pay for brand agenda - There is a better, smarter and more profitable way to sell your property! See more

04.01.2022 Yes, it’s true. We sold the beautiful Z-House. There was no marketing material, no signs, and no auction involved. The relationship with the client is extremely important to us and one of the reasons they chose to work with us was for our ability to treat details in confidence and as such we will not be releasing the price nor settlement details. Many agents called our clients saying they’ve got buyers, but it never eventuated into anything. The lack of authenticity from oth...er agents is startling. Agents were further incentivised as we’re the only agency in the area that pays 50% of the commission directly to the agent so they aren’t clipped by franchise and office fees (earning more working with us than their own office). We ensure there is an incentive for collaboration to achieve the best outcomes for clients - another reason why our clients stick with us. We have raised the bar for house values in the area that are not on the river nor elevated on Teneriffe Hill and we are most grateful for the opportunity to assist all parties involved.
