13.01.2022 Some Ukrainian Borscht soup made with the vegetables from the garden, especially Beetroot. The other vegetables are celery, carrots and cabbage plus herbs dill and chives. The colours are fantastic when you first put it together. Then all the veges absorb the deep red of the beetroot. Super yummy!
