23.01.2022 The new opening hours are 7am - 7pm 7 days a week for all your Takeaway, Grocery and discount fuel needs. We have also introduced a touch free pickup service for those that don't want to come into the shop. Simply call us on 63763298 to place your takeaway and/or grocery order and either pay over the phone by card or by tapping your card on pick up. Then let us know when you are out the front and we will bring your order out for you. We have also put other measures in place, for example the use of hand sanitiser after each customer, and sanitising all counters and fuel pumps on a regular basis. And yes we have toilet paper (Limits apply)

16.01.2022 The following information from Ochre has just been posted on Facebook: The St Helens GP Respiratory Clinic is now open! Run by Ochre Health in partnership with the Health Department, the clinic is at the old St Helens District Hospital. Its purpose is to treat and test people suffering from any mild to moderate respiratory symptoms - fever, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat and/or tiredness. The clinic allows these patients to receive care separately from other patient...s at GP practices and health facilities, keeping everybody safer. It also means greater numbers of people can be tested for COVID-19 and positive cases can be identified and isolated quickly to minimize the spread of the virus in our community. People with mild to moderate cold or flu symptoms can book an appointment at the clinic by calling 6351 0007 or visiting ochrehealth.com.au/sthelens and selecting Respiratory Clinic appointments. Treatment and testing are bulk-billed and no GP referral is needed. Anybody with severe flu symptoms should call 000 immediately instead. All patients need to make an appointment as the clinic does not accept walk-ins. For patients over 70 years of age, a phone or video consultation with their regular GP is recommended before booking to make sure an in-person assessment is needed. The park is situated in St Helens on the stunning (Covid case free) East Coast of Tasmania. The business consists of A Tourist Park, a convenience/takeaway shop and fuel station. I did have it on the market before the pandemic, but due to uncertainty I took it off the market. Whilst the park side of the business was closed while travel restrictions were in place, the shop and fuel sales were greatly increased, and with onsite van owners still paying site fees, the business still remained very profitable.
