20.01.2022 If you're travelling to Brisbane, my advice would be to avoid the Stamford Plaza Brisbane. The Junior Suite we stayed in a couple of days ago was very disappointing. "Tired" would be the best description. Stains on carpet, multiple scratches on furniture and glass tops; unrepaired hole in bathroom door; missing handle from desk. And a few things more. Won't be staying there again. Definitely not 5 star imo. When I invited Duty Manager to inspect the room, I was initially offered a $50 discount. This was then upped begrudgingly to $100 (room rate was $550). Very poor response.
