12.01.2022 The global pandemic of the COVID-19 continues to present new and unprecedented challenges for business which is causing serious issues and concerns within supply chains. Today we have decided on several escalated responses to help protect our employees, customers and visitors, whilst maintaining support to our many delivery points within SA. Below are the changes we have implemented to ensure safety in our practices and for our staff:... -A change in POD capturing as there is to be minimal contact with store people -Certain staff have been asked to isolate themselves at home and reduce contact with people as a contingency should an outbreak occur on site -On-site visits will be temporarily restricted and a soft ban on visitors implemented as of today -Additional hand wash/sanitizers are to be placed around the site -Work and communal areas are cleaned and sanitized daily -There is to be no physical contact unless necessary and social distancing practice will be implemented -Receival procedures have been modified to minimize contact from delivery drivers coming to our site. We have been implementing systems in the past years which has consequently put us in good stead to deal with the issues we are currently facing. We are here to help you with your business as we are all in this together. We thank you for your ongoing support and look forward to being able to continue to offer you our services during this unprecedented time
