If Elon Musk would lead Apple, then both companies might provide us with even better products and we might actually see more Teslas on the roads. But who knows, maybe a German (or a Japanese, or Korean or Chinese) brand might win the electric car race? 07.01.2022 Interesting how Ubers strategy and positioning gets them exposure to potential new customers. Examples: Airport signage right in front of the Taxi ranks to let customers know where the nearest pickup area is (only a few meters away), and then they secured lots of car parks in the rental car section opposite of Hertz. Even their (almost empty) parking spots are an innovative way to demonstrate "we are here". Now they just need more drivers in some regions. Clearly, their business is growing!

Speaking to Steve Baxter (amongst many others) and Mark Sowerby (Queenslands Chief Entrepreneur, the first position of this kind to directly support entrepreneurs and QLD Government) has proven to be extremely inspirational and helpful! Thanks to everyone who has contributed to making this happen!

01.01.2022 Our plan was to attend and be involved at the QODE event in Brisbane. Now there are Government rules in place and this event will not continue as a normal conference and exhibition. However, QODE organisers have taken the initiative to deliver QODE as an entirely virtual event QODE Brisbane Virtual. This is probapbly the best solution (so far) given the current situation.
