CHICKEN AND SPINACH LASAGNE A big gooey dish of tomato pesto, chicken, spinach, ricotta, mozzarella, sour cream and parmesan.This is my favourite lasagne. KINGSTON SLICE $12 I often have one or two of single meals left and don't like having meals in the freezer for too long ,so I've decided to do some packs at a discounted price. I will offer these when I have a few odd meals left that I don't want to put on the weekly menu. Made with soy, hoisin, fresh ginger Chinese Five spice, I made this for my family this week and served it with egg fried rice, Aldi's kale slaw,cucumber and had some small soft wraps and it was a delicious meal.Thanks for sharing the receipe Pam ... HUNGARIAN GOULASH I think this will be the last wintery meal I get to make this year so will end on a winning note.This is the ultimate winter warmer with lovely flavours of garlic , carraway and tomato to make the most delicious gravy to go with the tender beef.... *NEW RECEIPE* MALAYSIAN SATAY CHICKEN CURRY This curry is a little more spicy than usual but I have been asked for satay a few times so thought I would give this a go.Flavours of cummin,coriander,paprika,chilli,lime juice ,coconut milk all meld together to give this curry a great flavour.Great for a rainy night.
