24.01.2022 2020 has been a rough year for so many people we love and care about. It has been rough on businesses and for those who work there as employees. We feel extremely fortunate to be able to keep our team employed and working during this time and it hasn't been without sacrifices. In the chaos comes, a light. 20.01.2022 Here at Ignite Marketing Solutions we have been participating in workplace giving since mid October 2020. During this time our staff have been incredibly generous by donating to multiple charities through their pay. The three different charities we are currently supporting are Plan International, Médecins Sans Frontières and The Fred Hollows Foundation. Ignite have recently donated $500 to ChildFund. So far, as a company we have raised $1849. This money is going to help support those that are in difficult times especially during a global pandemic. Finally, a massive thank you to the Ignite family for acknowledging that you can make a huge difference through regular donations. WE APPRECIATE YOU!

Instead of opening our minds to new growth and fresh ideas we block our own learning because we've heard something before. 10.01.2022 The birthday celebrations just keep on rolling! The Ignite NZ team had a lovely visit from the CEO - Daniel Shavin. We lapped up all that education and advice and only continued to grow by breaking records and hitting new sales targets. With all our hard work there was no better way to celebrate than a game of go carts! It was such a fun week! Next stop SYDNEY!

08.01.2022 It’s the middle of March already! The year is going by so fast! It’s a great time to reflect on what you’ve done so far and what you’d like to achieve in the year. It’s easy to live life on the safe side, but it’s the risks that help us grow, develop and be successful. So what risk are you going to take this month?

08.01.2022 Resilience: the capacity to recover quickly from difficulty or toughness. It is our ability to adapt and bounce back when things don’t go as planned. Think of it like building you beach body. To reap the rewards of a beach body in the summer, you need to be hitting the gym in the winter. Building a resilient mindset is something you need to constantly work on and maintain, just like your beach body. How we view adversity and stress strongly affects how we succeed. The fact is... that we aren’t always going to succeed. But you have not failed; you have just found ways that don’t work. Working in sales, resilience is a quality we use on a daily basis. It is why we complete training every day and constantly promote personal development along with career development. The team celebrated their success with a toga party! What a fun night! We can't wait to see how big the Sydney office is going to grow!

02.01.2022 Occasionally I hear this sentence from people "I'm just not motivated right now". As if they are hoping that I will fix it or maybe they are subconsciously trying to transfer the responsibility to me. It comes under the assumption that in order to execute on a high level and on regular bases, one must always be motivated. Reality shows that you will never be always super motivated to do everything, even things that are important for you.... That's why motivation is overrated in my opinion, motivation is a "state" another word for emotion. if you done sales more than a little while you already know that our emotions change regularly like a roller coaster sometimes. That's why DISCIPLINE is the only thing that will regularly guarantee you lasting results. reason being that discipline is a mindset, it’s the same thing that gets you to brush your teeth or shower (hopefully lol) every day since you remember. In most cases DISCIPLINE doesn't require any effort, it just happens, just like when we breath. A simple example, Many times, in training I talk about making sure you talk to everyone when on the field and I mention that when I see a potential costumer, I ALWAYS try to stop them, because, "what else would you do?" That's DISCIPLINE! I don't have to be motivated to do that, i talk to everyone in the same way that I don't TRY to eat healthy or exercise, these things come easy for me because it relies on DISCIPLINE not on what I feel like at that time. We all already have good and bad habits in our lives that are EFFORTLESS, that’s DISCIPLINE because they don't rely on how motivated you are. So, remember, it only counts as self-development if you follow through when you don’t feel like it, so STOP relying on Motivation as it will only GET YOU GOING, true SELF DISCIPLINE will get you to your goal. 02.01.2022 We love you Melbourne! After one of the world's longest lock down of 111 days, things are looking up! Our head office is based in Melbourne and we are looking forward to opening our office doors again soon. We will be employing new team members to help the economy lift again! 02.01.2022 We are proud to announce that the wonderful Max Hellmuth will be going on a once in a life time experience! Through hard work, sheer determination and a positive attitude like no other, Max has earned a spot on a trip with one of our amazing clients, World Animal Protection. In October he will be going to the beautiful Khao Yai National Park in Thailand, visit a former elephant farm that now (thanks to World Animal Protection) is elephant friendly and volunteer and stay at Elephant Valley Thailand. Well done Max, we are all very proud and a little jealous!
