18.01.2022 Our thanks go to Western Special Needs Dentistry for supporting our school by sponsoring our Trivia Night on 18th November. Western Special Needs Dentistry provides oral health services for people with special needs within a spacious, modern and fully-equipped clinic in Newport in Melbourne’s Inner West. Why choose Western Special Needs Dentistry as your dental provider? We believe that dentistry is secondary to connecting with people. Strong communication and listening skill...s are our key strength- we have longer appointments so we can fully understand the patient’s issues and prioritise treatment. At Western Special Needs Dentistry we understand that the tooth is in a mouth which is part of a person who is living in a certain environment- all factors are considered. We provide individual treatment plans that are firmly in the context of our patients’ abilities and medical considerations. General dentists refer to Western Special Needs Dentistry because they know we will consider the patient’s individual situation such as oral hygiene, abilities, medical issues and, in some cases, social issues. We take time to discuss these important influencing factors and the treatment plan may change from the referring dentists original assessment. Planning and providing care often involves teamwork between us, the dental professionals, the patient and their family members/carers.
18.01.2022 Our thanks go to Table of Plenty one of PPSS fabulous families for supporting our school by sponsoring our upcoming Trivia Night. Table of Plenty was established by Kate Weiss to create natural, quality foods that combine taste and nutrition, products with life, education, innovation and style that stand out from the ordinary. They believe that a life of plenty begins with nourishing yourself for life, with good food, counting your blessings and sharing this with others; find...ing what you are passionate about and working for something greater than yourself. Table of Plenty was created from this experience of finding purpose through the creation of nourishing food and a business that inspires and helps others.
