01.01.2022 Update 9.00PM Services have returned to normal including our ATMs. We apologise and thank you for your patience today as we worked to restore services. ... For updates : commbank.com.au/info Update 7.30PM Services have returned to normal. We thank customers for their patience and understanding while we worked to resolve this. We are aware there are some delays in payments going into customer accounts. This incident has caused a delay in us receiving payments and processing them into accounts. We apologise for this and are working hard to ensure payments go into accounts overnight. Most of our ATMs have returned to normal, however, we are aware of some ATMs taking a little longer to become available. We are working to resolve this as a matter of priority. We know today’s issue has been inconvenient to many of our customers. The cause has been identified as a Telstra outage and we have been in close contact with Telstra as they restore their services to normal. UPDATE 5:45PM: Some services are returning to normal and we thank customers for their patience. Our telecommunication provider continues to work to resolve their incident that is impacting our services. UPDATE 5.00PM: We are still experiencing some issues with some of our services due to an issue with our telecommunications provider. The CommBank App, NetBank, CommSec and CommBiz are available. We are aware services such as our ATMs and EFTPOS are still having issues. We apologise for the inconvenience to customers and thank them for their patience. We are still experiencing higher than normal calls into our call centre. There is no need to call us if you are experiencing problems with these services. We will continue to provide updates. UPDATE 4.00PM: We are impacted by an issue with one of our telecommunication providers that is affecting some of our services. We apologise to all of our customers who are inconvenienced by this. We can confirm the CommBank app and NetBank are still working. We know there are some issues with the following services: CBA ATMs, CBA EFTPOS terminals, some in branch services as well as issues logging onto the CommSec website. Due to this issue, we are experiencing higher than normal calls into our call centre. There is no need to call us if you are experiencing problems with these services. The cause of the problem is under urgent investigation and we are working to have full services restored as a matter of priority. UPDATE 3.00PM: We are aware of an issue affecting some of our services. We apologise to our customers affected by this. Rest assured we are urgently looking into this and will have further updates soon.
