23.01.2022 Meet the Team - Rachel Jones Rachel is our Team Leader and has been with Inline Tracking for 7 years. She has a diploma of Business Management and is a proud Mum of 2 boys. Starting as an Equipment Controller, Rachel has progressed through various roles and is now leading the Account Management Team. In her role she is responsible for providing leadership, training and hands on support for ILT. The key to her success is her ability to establish strong working relations...hips with her team to deliver exemplary service to our clients. From her perspective, the most inspiring part of her job is to encourage the team to work together, assist with creating a happy workplace and ensure they enjoy what they do. Rachel manages several of our larger accounts and enjoys the daily challenges that are faced with pallet management. Identifying process breakdowns and implementing actions to achieve efficiencies is a positive aspect of her role. In her own words, Pallet management can present daily frustrations, however it’s the ‘little wins’ along the way that, for me, make this job a rewarding one. It is satisfying to know that I have assisted in reducing losses for my customers. Rachel loves being involved in the growth of Inline Tracking and seeing the many positive steps that the Business has taken over the years.

19.01.2022 COVID-19 UPDATE To our Valued Customers & Friends of Inline In accordance with the SA Government recommendations, ... Our Adelaide office will temporarily close for the mandatory 6 days circuit breaker lockdown effective from midnight Wednesday 18th of November 2020. Our business is not interrupted by the current changes, all staff will be working from home and have full access to our systems and your emails. We are applying all government recommendations and are well equipped for our team to work in this environment. Our front-end and service delivery remains unchanged. 12.01.2022 Meet the Team - Leah Turner Starting as an Administration Officer, Leah began her journey with Inline earlier this year in February, she has since transitioned into the role of Account Manager. Her background in Customer Service and Admin has been ideal and a great fit for the Inline team. Beginning employment in February this year, Leah only had a month under her belt before the Covid-19 pandemic changed our working lives. We relocated our operations to work from home f...or 6 weeks. It was a challenge but our experience in working remotely for our customers facilitated an easy transition for the team to work together and successfully continue Leah’s training! This enabled Leah the flexibility of being a success in her role and working around her family commitments as she is a mother of two young boys. With a love of learning new things and getting ‘wins’ for our customers, Leah has been surprised to learn the value of a pallet or piece of pooled equipment and how quickly and easily without robust processes in place they can be ‘lost’.
