25.01.2022 KindyLinq got off to a flying start this week! With the kids having loads of fun with all the activities run by Miss Loretta, Miss Walker and Ms Teixeira! Don’t forget to come along next week from Tuesday at the Preschool. For children aged 3 years of age.

24.01.2022 Year 5/6 camp video!!! Thanks Miss Molineux for creating it for us!!

24.01.2022 Miss Molineux has been running an Art Club at lunchtimes this term, today was their last session and the students all had a great time tie dying some shirts/pillowcases and socks! They all had a lot of fun and Miss Teixeira joined in for some fun too! We can't wait to see the end result once the dying and cleaning process is done!

21.01.2022 This Friday the P&C are hosting a free dress day for the last day of term! It's just a gold coin donation to be involved! **Don't forget - no midriff tops, shoulders must be covered, and closed in shoes must be worn.

20.01.2022 A friendly reminder to all students who are attending the BILLY SLATER LEAGUE TAG DAY tomorrow at Calendar Park to ensure they are at school by 8:30, are in full school uniform including a hat and have their own lunch and a drink bottle. There will NOT be a canteen running so it is important each student brings enough food for the entire day. If students would like to wear football or soccer boots during their games that is ok but please don't wear them all day in place of regular shoes.

18.01.2022 NAIDOC Week 2020 saw the whole school enjoying several days of activities. We went on a whole school excursion to the Mamu Tropical Skywalk, had a whole day of Activities and fun as well as a delicious Kup Murri, and we held a parade where we celebrated and learnt about Famous Indigenous people. Thank you to Miss Walker and Ms Bek for facilitating the week, and to Mr Bromell for the video editing mastery! 01.01.2022 12 year old boys competed in long jump today with Jimi (5/6L) winning first place, Brody (5/6L) coming in second and Lleyton finishing third. 11 year old boys and 12 year old girls were started today but will both be finished off tomorrow.

01.01.2022 Congratulations to all of the East students who performed at the Instrumental Music Presentation at the Shire Hall tonight. Extra congratulations goes out to Willis (strings) and Oscar (brass) both from 5/6L for receiving the Instrumental Music Commitment awards presented at the end of the performance.

01.01.2022 On Friday the 5/6 classes had a fantastic and successful Market Day. Many of the groups sold out quickly and some groups were restocked at lunch time to keep up with demand. The 5/6 classes would like to thank everyone who supported them. Over $500 profit was made and donated to the Student Council.
