22.01.2022 Today we had the privilege of welcoming Dr Ahmed Abouhelwa from Flinders University to our campus - he stopped by to talk to our year 10,11, and 12 students about his field and answer any questions they may have. He also told us about historical Muslim figures who revolutionised their fields! Thank you Doctor for your visit and maybe some young minds were inspired today to pursue a career in the medical sciences

08.01.2022 Alhamdullilah we are truly blessed to be located in such a unique environment here in O’Halloran Hill. Apart from the fresh air the other wonderful thing we have observed is how the students interact with their environment in wonder sparking their creativity. These little flower vases have been gifted around to teachers and staff by our littlest ones. Alhamdullilah nature is truly a comfort for the heart.

07.01.2022 Year 3 students were very happy to receive a peace lily to look after. Pictured are 2 boys discovering new leaves on the plant followed by a photo of 2 girls misting the lily. They love humidity! A wonderful way for students to connect to the wonderful world around them. Alhamdullilah

07.01.2022 IQRA College - a uniquely Australian, Islamic school. Or is it a uniquely Islamic, Australian school? Maybe it’s both - Islamic concepts like constant connection with Allah, daily studies of Arabic and Quran, woven together with an idyllic Australian landscape. It’s no wonder families have moved to SA from other states just to enrol their children here. May Allah SWT protect and nurture the entire new generation of young Muslims - Ameen!

01.01.2022 This is part of our Science Unit on ‘Chemical Sciences’ where students are learning about solids, liquids and gases.
