22.01.2022 WERE BACK!* *From Tuesday 2nd June, 2020 Isabellas Trattoria will be resuming the normal trading hours (TUESDAY-SATURDAY) for dinner only from 6pm. However, this coming weekend being the June long weekend, we will be opening Sunday night for dinner only. We have limited numbers for seating and we encourage walk-ins. Unfortunately, we are no longer taking reservations due to us trying to still adjust to the restrictions given and how they would work within our restaurants d...ynamics. Takeaways will still be available between 5:30pm-6:30pm on these trading days (Tuesday-Saturday). Isabella, John, Simona and the Team here at Isabellas would just like to express their gratitude to all of the loyal customers that have been willingly supporting us during these extremely difficult times. 20.01.2022 Our cancellation policy: We understand that sometimes life gets in the way, and we may forget or prioritise things around dinner. However, throughout these testing times, when it comes to bookings and reservations at Isabellas Trattoria, If we do not receive a phone number upon booking the reservation and a confirmation for the booking by midday on the day, we will classify the booking as invalid, as it is not secured. Due to having a recent rise in no-shows it is extreme...ly important that we confirm bookings. If you could call us on 6372 2120 to secure or cancel your booking, it would be greatly appreciated. If we happen to be fully booked, we are now taking a waiting list of bookings if there are cancellations. We try to facilitate as many people as we can until we are at capacity, but last minute cancellations and no shows do not assist our staffs hard efforts to extend our hospitality to everyone. 03.01.2022 It has come to our attention that customers are turning up to our facility who have tried to make an online reservation (which we do not accept) and expect a table. Also customers who have booked through external websites (which we DO NOT ACCEPT nor are we linked to) and are still turning up, expecting a table. Isabella’s Trattoria Mudgee has permanently disabled online bookings because of these circumstances. And it is extremely saddening that we even have to sit to write t...his post. We would like to emphasise to ALL of our customers, locals or not, that online bookings for Isabella’s Trattoria DO NOT EXIST, and will NOT be accepted, no matter the circumstance. If you would like to reserve a table with us please do so only during our trading days which are TUESDAY TO SATURDAY from 10am-3pm and from 5:30pm-9pm. You must CALL US to make a reservation. Any online enquiries will be asked to phone through to the restaurant. It has since come to the point with some customers who do not understand that we try to facilitate everyone with limited seating numbers that they believe becoming abusive to our staff is totally okay. We will not tolerate any abusive comments or remarks made to our staff, and quite frankly, they do not deserve to be treated like that. Nor are they paid to resolve disputes. So please think about what you say to all staff in the hospitality industry and understand that we as a branch of public servants, are working our absolute hardest to do the best we can for our customers and our town of Mudgee.
