18.01.2022 Someone broke into Percy Court Studio over this weekend and stole a number of items. It appears to be a targeted attack as a lot of our equipment was left untouched - we can only speculate though. Laptops, mobile phones, an iPad mini, an iPod nano, an Everlast shoulder bag and our hard drive was taken. The hard drive contains all of our client files and although we do regular back ups there are many hours of work that are now gone. Out of all the items stolen this is the most... critical and disruptive to our business. Plus one of the laptops stolen was an employee's personal device. So thieves, how about you cut us some slack and return at least those two things! No questions asked. The hard drive is a Seagate 4tb storage that looks similar to the picture here. The laptop is a Macbook Pro with an orange case similar to the picture. We have the serial numbers we can check to confirm they're our devices if anyone comes across them. A police investigation has been commenced including a check of CCTV footage. All the serial numbers of our devices have been supplied to the police as well. See more

We all want our website to be on the first page of a Google search but we often find SEO is overlooked due to people just wanting a website live. Having a live website does not mean it will be a useful website. Did you know Google even penalises websites (i.e. pushes websites lower in rankings) if it doesn't meet their SEO requirements? And this month they will be penalising websites that have intrusi...ve pop ups that hide the website content when viewed on a mobile device. Pop ups are a popular marketing tool but do tend to invade the user experience and websites are meant to be all about the user experience as you want the user to convert to customers. There are other ways to gather data without being in peoples faces. So lets make your site easy to find, easy to use and an informative and pleasant experience for the users.
