24.01.2022 Challenge pumps underground mine equipment takes excessive wear and tear. High acid concentration wears through coating and forms high level scale. Here at ISV we take our time to make sure the correct blast grade is achieved ready for a new protective coating to be applied.

21.01.2022 One of the more challenging refurbishes yet. But this concrete pump truck looks almost brand new. High wear industrial enamal in Homebush blue. Chassis is a polyurethane black. Stabalizes done in a polyurethane white.

20.01.2022 Trucks and trailers need love too. DTR Repairs specialise in bringing old or damage trucks and trailers back to life. This process begins here at ISV. This specific truck and trailer needed a birthday before heading into the road. Blasted from top to bottom and off to DTR for a coat.

19.01.2022 The diggers owner got the decals applied on Friday and we thought it made such a difference we would repost it for everyone to see. Again this digger received a 2.5 grade blast and a polyurethane coat.

12.01.2022 Can you dig it? Yes we can. Our friends at Sherrin Hire needed to give their 40 tonne excavators a refurbish before sending them back to their clients. ISV was able to provide them with an onsite sandblast and quality coating. Komatsu grey agricultural enamel brings the excavators back to their former glory whilst keeping with environmental health and safety regulations. #sherrinhire #ISV #surfaceprotection

07.01.2022 The finished product of the new AMA precast plant project done over a 2 - 3 week time span. Over 3500 sqm of sandblasting. More than 60 3m UC beams. Over 100 6m PFC channel. 03.01.2022 True Metal needed these fabricated stairs to be blasted and coated. ISV came to the table with a coating solution that could suit either internal or external environment. To make sure the steel was protected and long lasting a 2.5 blast was done. This was followed by a thick coat of Dulux Duremax GPE high zinc primer and 2 coats of luxathane R white. Gotta love a gloss finish!

02.01.2022 Another job complete. Challenge pumps put us to work on sandblasting and coating their Weartuff underground tanks. These tanks are designed to withstand the harsh underground mining environment. These in particular are subject to high alkali water. To combat this environment they were grade 3 blasted clean and coated to 350 microns with a transpoxy masterbond coating which is perfect for resisting high acidity and tough on wear.

02.01.2022 Big Boy Toys. We received a 22 tonne CAT excavator today that’s looking for a little bit of TLC. These projects suit ISV perfectly due to the large size of our blast chamber. We are very excited to bring this monster back to its former glory. Stay tuned....
