04.01.2022 . . , . !! .... . But today ... I just couldnt .. this video was the best i could get all 5 sets !!! And dirty is what i would call my form .. I was lean forward, then no neutral spine, i had stripper legs (not the good type.. If you train with me ypu know whay im talkkng about) i had a non activation core you see me trying to activate it, my back wasnt even showing up to play either .. I just wouldn’t work today .. Man it was just crap!!! . . Today... It was one of days where sitting and drinking gin .. from the bottle i might add.. Felt like a much better option .. . . Why am i sitting here spinning this crap.. . Becuase yesterday I WAS KILLING IT !! my session was bo$$, my todo list was ticked, my sessions with clients were BOSS too. my house was in order and my mum life was on fleak . My energy would have powered a dozer ! . . Today ... Very different .. i only slept for 3 hours with an unsettled baby, trying to run through the admin of the business with a baby unsettled .. then had a mini break down because you know LIFE .. THEN went to workout and MY HEAD PHONES ARE FLAT and I just couldn’t get my body to work .. i cant function without bursting into tears because mum guilt is a real thing . . . > We all have days .. some days we kill it and other days its just freaking hard .. Some days we can power through on natural energy other days you need the energy 7 coffees to keep you going . Im not writing this for a sympathy vote just some days people forget to be real and then it makes a high expectation for other people .. Especially MUMS .. BUT thats a whole other post .. . . But it’s OKAY !! WE ARE HUMAN AND THIS IS LIFE .. I KNOW TOMORROW I WILL WAKE UP AND ITS A NEW DAY AND I WILL DEADLIFT LIKE MY NORMAL SELF !! AND ROCK ALL THOSE ROLES I WILL PLAY . .
