10.01.2022 How time flies 7 years on since my 1st IM podium and Kone qualification. Since that time i have seen so many potential great athlete come and burn. Sad to say I dont know to many athletes that have gone the distance of time and reached there potential. My approach is consistency, patients and micro gains year in year out is the key to longevity and success in this sport. We live in a world off instant gratification.
