We reserve the right to charge increased rates after hours, our prices are based on the time that ...the booking is made as well as the proximity of our on call locksmith to the job Rude, disrespectful behaviour or language towards our locksmiths will not be tolerated, we at JG are here to help you, our service is a privilege not a right. If you are rude or disrespectful to our staff you will be refused entry Payment will be processed at the completion of the job, NO ACCOUNTS will be issued after hours. Acceptable methods or payment for after hours work include cash, eftpos or cheque. If you cannot provide payment upon completion of the job you will be refused access If you choose to book an after hours call out and you cancel at ANY time for ANY reason you WILL be charged 50% of the quoted price immediately at the time of cancellation. If payment is refused we will commence legal action to recover any outstanding debt. Our locksmith will not be dispatched until we receive your confirmation text message to state that you agree with all terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the above terms and conditions then we are unfortunately unable to help you. - Please be aware, our prices as quoted upon booking of the job are for standard gain entry techniques only.
