15.01.2022 8km with my fav running buddy! It rained basically the whole time but it didn't deter us, I have let the weather determine my actions before, not anymore!! Running in the rain is invigorating do it while you still can and its warm outside! Winter is on our heels so get those heels moving and RUN!

10.01.2022 Hey everyone MARATHON MARCH begins tmw! 1.35km a day - find a loop around your place and lace up your runners put the leash on your dog or put your babe in the stroller and away you go! All it takes all of about 10mins! SEE YOU ALL OUT THERE BETTERING YOUR HEALTH!
