07.01.2022 "Hello to all & hope all is well" The GYM is now open 5 days a week 4:30pm to 8:30pm only if people come by 7:00pm... Come in and see Joe, Brookes or Clint and they will help you out with what you would like to achieve, Joe's MMA & Boxing Gym is growing bigger daily and allot of good fighters are coming out of it, so why not be the next or just drop in to learn how to take care of yourself and to get fit. See you down there ready to train!
