25.01.2022 Message to our clients and colleagues. COVID 19 and your legal matters. We are very mindful of how important your legal matters are and just how much this may effect your lives.... For our criminal law clients we will continue to work on your matters and advise you of how the courts plan on dealing with your matters in the future. For our family law clients, this epidemic may have a very big impact on your ability to continue to coparent and organise children, for visits, changeovers and care. Accordingly, we will still be operating during the Corona virus crisis, acknowledging and adhering to any directives from the Australian government in relation to safe work place practices. We will at all times be operating remotely and where possible we will conduct telephone conferences with our clients as opposed to face to face meetings and we will continue to monitor our emails and provide as much assistance as we can. Court appearances are still an unknown at this stage, however it is likely that urgent matters may be dealt with by way of phone attendances and non urgent matters may be administratively adjourned. Please rest assured that until further notice we are still here to assist you and your families during this time, subject to these practical restrictions being implemented.
