If you come to our classes, you know we always do tree pose in order to gain all of its physical and mental benefits. Tree pose improves balance, circulation and posture, it also provides a lengthening to the spine enabling us to grown tall in our pose. Vrksasana strengthens our core, thighs, calves, ankles and the arches of our feet, and opens our thighs, hips, chest, and shoulders. Regul...ar practice in tree pose develops self-control and focus, however with a busy mind it is very hard to do so remember, steady the breath to steady the mind.
