25.01.2022 Our busy lives sometimes suggest there is no time for mindfulness. But being mindful doesn’t necessarily mean we have to slow our lives down to a snail’s pace. We just need to be aware. Aware of our thoughts, our words, our actions. Aware of how they influence our choices and our responses. So whether you want to be more mindful professionally or personally, this workshop, Mindfulness in Motion by Ven. Tsultrim will give you the tools, and consequently the ability to be more peaceful, kind and content in your daily lives. MINDFULNESS IN MOTION, on-line workshop will begin on Tuesday, 20 April 2021, 6.00pm 8.00pm (AEST) and continue every Tuesday for 6 weeks. 17.01.2022 Our Autumn newsletter is out now! Click on the link below to read the full newsletter, including the story of renowned Brisbane artist, Katy Edwards. Katy called on Karuna to assist with her husband Bob's care and reflected that the experience was "life changing". She was so grateful for the Karuna nurses doing callouts in the middle of the night and that she could have bob at home until the end. https://karuna.org.au//Karuna-Autumn-2021-Newsletter_WEB.p
