25.01.2022 Kelso is currently working through his recertification as a Therapy Dog. As part of this, I need to video him interacting with different populations and in different environments. I am looking for an elderly or frail adult or an adult with a disability, to visit in their home or out of my therapy room. I need to be able to bring along someone to help me video the interaction (only about 3 minutes long), so there would be 2 people and Kelso. If anyone has a family member or friend that would like a visit, please let me know. Thank you!

15.01.2022 A few families have asked recently about learning sign language. This might be a great local option.

07.01.2022 Good morning! My emails have been on the blink since Saturday so I have been unable to receive or send. Fingers crossed it is fixed today and I will get back to everyone over the next few days. Please give me a call if an email sent has been urgent. If you are waiting for appointment information, I have not forgotten about you and will be in touch as soon as I confirm availability. Have a lovely day!

06.01.2022 Kelso and I have passed our Therapy Dog re-certification!! Thank you everyone for giving us so many opportunities to learn within safe and caring environments. We have a few things to work on, mostly me being more consistent with my directions to Kelso, but this is exactly why we continue to go to the enormous effort to be formally tested and challenged. It is really important to me that we provide the best interactions we can. We are all learning and growing and it is so special to be able to do it together. See you all again soon! (have included a photo of Kelso as a baby. He has learned so much since we first met and is still such a cutie).

05.01.2022 Any adults attending their child's Occupational Therapy session now need to wear a mask when they are in the therapy room. Your child does not need to wear a mask. I completely understand how this change may upset some children, so please let me know if you think this will be an issue. If you feel you would rather cancel this weeks session, please let me know.

05.01.2022 I love this soooo much, makes me teary each time I read it. Be strong, follow your passions, and don’t let anyone put you in a box.

04.01.2022 A wonderful reminder while our lives seem to get busier with each day.
