09.01.2022 Built in the 1970's located in Balcatta the owner of this 200m2 commercial space was struggling to find quality tennants and decided it was time to give this property a new lease on life. We installed New Daikin Air Conditioning and Data Cabling throughout giving this property the versatility to used as an office and not just a warehouse with a new durable epoxy flake floor which is attractive and durable for whatever may be the future tennants use.

01.01.2022 New EXCITE COFFEE drive through opening next week at Wanneroo Shopping Centre Complex. It's been a pleasure to put this build together which culminated in a lightning 2 week erection process onsite. Given what we now know we could have done a lot more in the factory which i think could have reduced the cost and erection time frame so i'm confident we can put the next one together in less than a week. Congratulations to the owner for putting together such a fantastic business concept and in such a great location visible and accessible from Wanneroo Road in both directions. Im looking forward to trying what i hope will be the best tasting coffee in town.
