23.01.2022 Interclub Sparring day. fantastic work with beginners, intermediate and advanced fighters all mixing it up. No room for ego’s just good old fashioned freestyle karate, kickboxing and shootboxing. A big thankyou to sll the fighters and a special mention to the trainee referees great work.

Teaching via video at home, teaching kenpo karate, training by myself, teaching freestyle karate, kickboxing, shootboxing Thai kickboxing and personal training. With masks, without masks, sparring to social distancing. With adversity a person can rise or fall. Thank you to everyone of my students for putting in the effort you make it all worth while.
