Up north we have lon...gtime FACAA Female MMA fighters Jessy Jess and Belinda "The Bellringer" Sedgwick who will be taking it to the fight world cup down here we have young gun himself Jeff Bowers and I am very proud to announce we now have MMA royalty Jon Leven joining our ranks as of tonight ! For those that don't know who Jon is he has been around the Aussie MMA scene that long that when I started training like 8 years ago Jon was already on my list of "I have to get good enough to fight that guy". 12.01.2022 Having your children in Martial Arts training does not mean they will become agressive, but rather they will learn a different level of self discipline & they will learn how to defence themselves if they need to. It is about fitness and discipline - not agression.

05.01.2022 People talk about discipline in martial arts. To me discipline is not about standing in line & bowing it is about turning up to every session, it is about turning up knowing that you are unfit yet still working your butt off, it is about turning up knowing you are going to get beaten up or tapped out. If you turn up you have the ability to change your life based on training. If you turn up you will learn something which can have huge benefits to you physically & mentally. Excuses don't change your life, discipline is how you change your life. Turning up shows discipline & respect.
