25.01.2022 Plenty to pick if you're prepared for a walk and wander!
24.01.2022 Plenty of berries being picked this morning. The fruit is a little small due to a lack of water but it still tastes great!
23.01.2022 One thing that does annoy me! People who drop their berries, make no effort to pick them up and then don't even have the decency to tell me.
23.01.2022 The patch has had a bit of a spell with not many in over the last few days which has allowed a lot more berries to ripen up, if you're prepared to wander and search inside the bushes there are lots of Raspberries to pick. The kg in the photo was picked by a couple in less than half an hour.
22.01.2022 Still some lovely ripe red raspberries to be picked, you do need to spend some time and search the bushes.
21.01.2022 Even though the season is coming to the end there are still some lovely Raspberries to be picked. It does take a bit more effort but the results are worth it!
21.01.2022 With the season almost over picking is not easy but if you spend the time and search the bushes you can be rewarded with some lovely raspberries. I am open all weekend.
19.01.2022 Wet and chilly again! 16mm of rain in the last 24hrs has left the bushes and berries a bit soggy and its almost 4wd only in the carpark. Discounts for wet berries if you're brave enough to come picking today.
19.01.2022 A very pleasant start to the new year, the sun is shining and there is a nice breeze keeping it cool up and down the raspberry rows. There are plenty of Ripe Red Raspberries just waiting to be picked.
17.01.2022 Weather is not great but should clear this morning, there are lots of berries to pick as long as you are prepared for a bit of a wander and to look inside the bushes.
14.01.2022 Winter seems to have come early this year! It is foggy, wet and cold again! Be prepared if you are coming picking today. (Pics were taken yesterday afternoon)
13.01.2022 Lots of Raspberries ready to be picked. Remember, bring and use your own containers for a $2/kg discount.
11.01.2022 4kgs walking out the gate.
11.01.2022 Phone had a heart attack yesterday morning so I was pretty much out of contact for the whole day! Apologies to anyone who called/messaged and I didn't get back to you. These photos were taken at the end of the day yesterday, there are still plenty ready for picking and plenty that are yet to ripen. It's not a great day for picking today, mainly due to the weather and if it does get to 40 with the predicted strong winds I will close the farm. If you are planning to come today please give me a call on 0407 313975.
10.01.2022 A few things that have been left at the farm over the past few days, sing out if they're yours and I'll see if can get them back to you.
10.01.2022 Today will be the last day for pick your own this season, there are a few left but you really have to search for them, it's a great outing for the children so long as your not hoping to pick a whole heap of berries.
10.01.2022 Still lots of berries ready to pick.
10.01.2022 Another almost 6kgs and some very happy pickers
09.01.2022 The season is coming to a close and the berries are not as prolific as they were a week ago. There are berries to pick but you will need to spend some time and search inside the bushes. Bit of a chilly wind and cloudy today, there might be some sunshine this afternoon.
09.01.2022 A little bit of smoke haze today which may keep the temperature under 30, there are plenty of Raspberries to pick for those who are prepared for a bit of a hunt!
09.01.2022 Some more drone footage. It is a spectacular day at the farm today.
08.01.2022 Little bit of smoke haze at the farm today, the southerly breeze is keeping it cool up the raspberry rows and there are plenty ready for picking and still more to ripen over the coming days.
08.01.2022 I have plenty of raspberry plants if people are interested $5 per plant, contactless pickup at the farm or if there are enough orders maybe I can deliver one day next week. These are "willamette" raspberries and will give you fruit this summer.
06.01.2022 Foggy and drizzle at the farm this morning, 13mm of rain in the last 24 hrs has been great for the plants but not so good for those berries that were ready for picking (quite a few are now on the ground) There are lots still to ripen so there will be some good picking this week.
06.01.2022 Not a particularly pleasant day at the farm today, strong winds are forecast for the whole day with a 50% chance of rain through to at least 2pm. If you are coming picking today warm clothing, sensible footwear and a raincoat are recommended.
06.01.2022 Fog is rolling in and with it a few showers. Not ideal picking weather.
04.01.2022 The season is pretty much finished, there are still some berries for picking if you've got time and are willing to search the bushes. I will be open today, Thurs and Friday will be the last day.
03.01.2022 It's getting towards the end of the season but there are still berries to pick! This 2kg picked this morning by first time pickers.
03.01.2022 To all those who have contacted me about the raspberry canes, It got a bit hectic, I am working through all the messages and will get back to you.
03.01.2022 It's a little bit chilly this morning with some patchy rain, so rug up and sensible footwear if you are coming picking today. There are plenty of berries to pick.
03.01.2022 Another foggy start to the day. The crop is now in its final week, there are still berries to pick but you have to spend some time and search the rows. I am closing at 4pm today.
03.01.2022 Wet, foggy and a little bit chilly, not ideal picking conditions! Coats and boots if you are coming picking today. I'll post some Berry pictures when the rain stops
03.01.2022 And so the season comes to a close, after being heavily picked yesterday there are not too many left and only a few to come. If you are coming picking today be prepared for walking, wandering and searching around for your berries.
02.01.2022 And then there were none. The summer season has finished and the farm is now closed. See you in the Autumn.
01.01.2022 Sun is finally out, have lost a few berries due to the wet days but there are still plenty to be picked. Thanks to Paul for the drone footage.
