Designed for the postnatal body, Kangatraining allows you to regain strength and fitness, and is pelvic floor and core safe. Class includes floorwork, dance-based aerobic work, and specific choreography for different muscle groups. Coordination is not required, just a sense of fun! Involve your baby (or toddler) in your workout. Babies are often lulled to sleep by the music and movement as you exercise. From Ma...y 5 - 19 inclusive, The Nappy Collective is calling on families across Australia to help mums in crisis and families in need through the donation of their leftover, unused, disposable nappies. The May Collective spans numerous cities and towns across NSW and over 60 drop points will collect hundreds of thousands of nappies (largely destined for landfill). The Nappy Collective will then sort and redistribute the collected nappies to over 40 organisations across the state that support mothers affected by domestic violence, as well as families in crisis or in need.
