Damage caused by storms overnight led to undisinfected water from Silvan Dam entering the water supply system. Customers in 88 suburbs are being told not to drink their tap water or use it for food preparation unless it is boiled first. CURFEW TONIGHT From today from 8pm to 5am tomorrow 3 August (exempt for work, caregiving, medical and compassionate reasons)... NEW RULES below will run until September 13! The reasons to leave your home MUST BE WITHIN 5km. 1 Shopping for food or other essential items (one person per household, once a day) 2 To provide care giving, for compassionate reasons or to seek medical treatment; 3 For exercise (outdoor exercise only FOR ONE hour a day with only one other person); 4 Work or study, only if you are in a permitted work or study industry. Intimate partner visits allowed outside of 5kms. EDUCATION Year 11 & 12 students across Victoria will return to remote and flexible learning on WEDNESDAY. All classes to remote learning on Wednesday.
