13.01.2022 January is the time of year where we are often guilted into making resolutions to improve our health and wellbeing. I prefer to focus on a theme, and this year my theme is "More meat-free days". Some will argue it doesn't meet the idea of a SMART goal (specific, measurable, attainable, realistic and time-bound) however I'm being kind to myself without stressing myself out with unrealistic expectations that will fizzle out by 1st February!
