22.01.2022 It’s our third day of mental fitness and we are excited to award a prize to @tanyasicillia for her great tip. Thanks to our awesome prize partners @reebokau @macmillanaus and @smartassundies who support mental wellness amongst Aussies

22.01.2022 We’re so proud to see @sufc1863 don the pink socks to raise money and awareness for our organisation in their @shuteshield match against @southsrugbyclub. These athletes spend their whole playing career hiding vulnerability. We’re grateful to be able to help them be vulnerable off the field. Community based mental health could never be more important than right now, and these superstars are playing their part in advocating for such an important message.... @ The University of Sydney

We are so proud of Dan's achievements and would like to generate some momentum for such an inspiring man. Give up your daily coffee and throw some coin his way!

09.01.2022 A report released by the Australian Bureau of Statistics today revealed that 2019 was the highest on record for male suicide in Australia. This alarming statistic reinforces the fact that men need to address their emotions and find a comfortable space where they can talk openly in a judgement-free environment. If you are not feeling yourself or you know someone who is struggling, please reach out so we can help or refer you to the right place.
