Hes full of energy and sets the pace for me to keep up with him. Lots of chances for social interaction for him too not only with other dogs but he knows how to draw a crowd and get lots of attention

07.01.2022 During times of social isolation and in a world where many of us have so many uncertainties in our day to day lives its so important to make time for ourselves- the old saying goes You CANT pour from an empty cup. Self care can help to improve our immunity, increase positive thinking and make us less susceptible to stress, depression, anxiety and other emotional health issues. Taking time out to care for ourselves helps remind us and others that our needs are important ...too. Self care and love teaches you a lot about yourself and provides you with insight into what you need to be the best version of yourself helping you better cope with stress and to prioritize whats important to you. Youll be better able to take care of others when you also make the time to meet your own needs. WHATS YOUR SELF LOVE LANGUAGE AND HOW ARE YOU BRINGING THESE INTO YOUR DAY??? Mine are physical touch and words of affirmation and recently Ive been spending time doing daily affirmations, journaling and meditation and of course a good skin care routine.

Russel said he’s pleased with his physical changes but most appreciative that his doctor has canceled one long term medication and is reviewing the others and likely to they are no longer required.
