21.01.2022 Monday nights and Thursday nights is yoga in Helensvale. <3 You can be brand new to yoga or you can be more experienced, you can be young or you can be old and you can wear your pyjama pants, it really doesn't matter. What matters is that you can breathe and you can smile and you can laugh - because we mostly do those 3 things. <3 <3 <3 Bookings are required so please shout out with your questions. Wine and laying in the vines. Yoga + Wine = Yes please! EDIT: This event is FULL without even trying. Thanks to all my girls, all my classes for your support and your love of wine and yoga! I've been busy making these pretty eye pillows for a few days now: gently weighted with sand and lavendar so that you can take your savasana to a new level. Available to purchase at class. In light of the corona virus and with so many of us struggling, minimum cost is $10. If you're in a position to pay more, please do. Cant wait to see you all again!!
