24.01.2022 My 10 year old goddess said to me last night Mum I saw a tik tok that Kim Kardashian said stretch marks are her worst nightmare I pulled her in close as I was moisturising after my shower, Cos kids do that chat while you shower! I showed her the story of her Mumma’s body, I shared with her these lines are a documentation of my greatness, strength and courage. She looked at me in awe. I continued to tell her that these stretch marks are a badge of honour and I am lucky as m...ine are symbolic of growing 3 wonderful and powerful humans in my body as well as learning to nourish and move my body in this lifetime. She looked me in the eye and said I can’t wait to have stretch marks Mum. Kids are given so much information through socials these days it is us who can guide them and see the information from other perspectives and nourish their beautiful minds with the true meaning of life.

18.01.2022 Signs, I’ve always been a huge believer in signs. They are what fills my life with meaning, guidance and confirmation I’m on the right path. My mentor recently reminded us that signs will be very present as we progress in his program Halo. Today we were given homework and and I was taking some quiet time to ponder my dreams and ideas for the homework. Out Jumped the DREAM card Build castles in the Sky it reads. ... I immediately remembered the song that was played for my uncle at his funeral last year, ever since I have been moved by a verse in the song Listen to the music by the Doobie Brothers Like a lazy flowing river Surrounding castles in the sky And the crowd is growing bigger Listening for the happy sounds And I got to let them fly If that’s not a sign what is!! 14.01.2022 Sometimes I think humans get stuck in the mundane, rat race, routine and logical masculine way of life. We play it small and put ourselves in boxes. We let others judge us and believe the things that have happens to us define who we are. I think we too easily forget our essence and that we can create anything we can imagine for ourselves. In the past few years I’ve really learnt mundane brings me zero joy, it slowly eats away at my soul. I always feel different and weird. ...Lately I’ve felt a massive void of outgrowing many relationships, roles, ideas, beliefs, connections, places and it’s overwhelming navigating it. There is no map, there is no right way. There are signs, the unknown, intuition, lessons, and new connections, roles, relationships and places I’ve just got to imagine what that might be and go about creating it! I know that I want to leave this earth knowing I spread my light and magic. See more

13.01.2022 From a young age I developed a deep fear of death, I experienced many deaths of my most adored family members and it impacted me well into my adulthood. In recent times it’s become so clear to me that it’s not death I should fear it’s passing without living my life fully, Settling for less, living in mundane routine and playing it small. I came to earth for this human experience in this body and the lessons, experiences and messages that come with it.... I have so much greatness to share and it’s just beginning now. 09.01.2022 Feminine energy is essential for the growth of human kind but so many humans don’t even tap into their feminine energy. Humans require a balance of both feminine and masculine energy. Most don’t understand or even realise we are made up of energy. We do easily live our days in our immediate reality and operate solely from our masculine which is our logic. When was the last time you felt utter joy!? When was the last time you put your fight or flight mode to sleep?... 2021 I am on a journey to share with you all how we can raise our frequency, joy and awareness. Who’s here for the ride?!

03.01.2022 KINDRÊD MEDITATION- Being seen Spirituality is quiet the fad at the moment, we all love our crystals, tarot cards, grounding, interpretive dance, Palo Santo, sage, essential oils and insense which are all wonderful and beautiful. For me spirituality is doing the shadow work. Finding the darkness deep within your soul and shining light on it. This isn’t easy, this is so incredibly hard and confronting. @kindred.meditation has taught me to find these blocks within me and given ...me a safe space to see these parts of me. The growth I have experienced in the last few years is undeniably enormous and I continue to evolve. Recently I discovered I have a huge fear of being seen. It’s something that comes from a childhood being labeled as shy, past lives, ancestral patterns and having low self worth and truly believing I wasn’t worthy of being seen. This has probably been my biggest shadow and most definitely has shaped me and for that I am grateful. Here I am embodying the transition from fear of being seen to stepping in not my light and beautiful by seen. It’s my time now, my time to emerge from my shadow and step into the light and release the fear of being seen. Here I am, here is me. #kindredmeditation #kindredmeditations #kindredfacilitators
