24.01.2022 GROUP FITNESS RETURNS THIS WEEK!!!!! Young At Hearts | Monday and Friday 8.45am. Aqua Aerobics | Tuesday and Thursday 7.00pm. ... Mornings with Ange | Tuesday (X trainer) and Friday (HIIT) at 9.30am. Evening classes | Tuesday (Zumba) at 6.30pm and Thursday (Fitball) at 5.30pm. Note: We are hoping to recommence back to a full program on July 13.

22.01.2022 Ladies and Gentleman, WE ARE BACK! On November 9, the Gym and Pool will be back open! We have used the break to give the place a make-over, come along and check us out!... Members should have received an SMS by now. If you haven’t, please let us know! Swim School parents should have also received an SMS. Again, if you haven’t, let us know. More details will be coming out this week, as we get organised for the re-opening of our pool!

18.01.2022 IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING COVID-19 - Due to the Victorian government shutting all non-essential services, we will be closing as of Thursday the 9th of July. At this stage, we will reopen when the government advises us it is safe to do so. - MEMBERSHIPS will be suspended as of July 9. Those with DERICT DEBIT MEMBERSHIPS will not be charged for the foreseeable future (and will have credit applied to their account for the remainder of July).... - Those enrolled for SWIM LESSONS will be contacted when commencement dates are known. We apologise for any and all inconvenience and thank you all for your understanding in this trying time. Please stay safe guys, look after your families, let’s beat this crap and get back to LAVO soon.

18.01.2022 The Centre is currently undergoing deep clean and pool is being painted. We are aiming at a June 22 opening. Initially, we will operate with reduced hours, and hopefully resume full operation by mid-July. OUR INTENTION IS TO PROVIDE EXCEPTIONAL HYGIENE LEVELS AND COMPLY STRICTLY WITH ALL COVID RELATED REQUIREMENTS. Please be aware that this may effect your use of the Centre. Management and team look forward to seeing you all back at Lavo.

17.01.2022 Dear Zumba patrons. On a previous post, we said that the Zumba classes will be on Thursday nights. That was incorrect.... Zumba classes will be on TUESDAY nights!

04.01.2022 WE ARE BACK!!!! LSFC is back in business from Monday June 22. Tentatively at first, with our goal to be back to full operation on July 13. Until then, hours of operation are : ... MORNINGS | Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 5.00am to 11.00am. EVENINGS | Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 4.00pm to 8.00pm. WEEKENDS | Saturday 6.30am to 1.00pm. GROUP FITNESS CLASSES will commence on Monday June 29 (watch this page) with a goal to be in full swing from July 13. SWIM LESSONS will commence on July 13.

Unfortunately, refunds cannot be given. Memberships will be suspended as of March 24th. Those with Direct Debit membersh...ips will not be charged for the foreseeable future. We apologise for any and all inconvenience and thank you all for your understanding in this trying time.
