24.01.2022 Computers are an important part of our everyday lives. The Lions Club of Corio Norlane is again organising these for the Geelong Community. 19.01.2022 For Sale Lexmark E460dn $20. The money from this Sale goes into our Computer program to purchase licences for machines to be donated to struggling families. Please contact if interested.

17.01.2022 Come and visit the Corio Lions Op Shop at 55 Alkira Avenue Norlane, we are open from Monday to Friday from 10 to 3. We have a great variety of items on offer many priced as cheap as $2 per item, also there may be daily specials. COME IN and have a chat.

14.01.2022 We care for those who need a little extra support. Road Home Geelong will again be collecting Bedding, Clothing and hygiene items throughout Geelong. If you, your Business or School are interested in supporting a collection bin and collection tin this year please let us know. [email protected]



13.01.2022 Supporting Community Road Safety. We are continuing to donate recycled Bikes to those in need in our community. Our Bike Ed trailer is available for bookings from schools during the year, so please contact the club to book for your school. If you have any bikes for donation or need a bike please contact the Lions Club of Corio Norlane. 0490802003 or in box me.

11.01.2022 We have not gone away, we are still working within our community to be the best we can, supplying Bikes and Computers to as many in the community that are struggling to make ends meet through schools, kinders, community centres. Also providing much needed support at the Pako Festa as Street Marshalls and participating in the parade. In these uncertain times, we all do what we can to help others

Opportunity Shop needs volunteers very easy going environment. Can you Repair a bicycle to be given to those in need. Are you good with kids and motivating them in the right direction? Do you like to drive, you can collect and deliver items for those experiencing homelessness. ... You may enjoy flipping a sausage or promoting. 08.01.2022 The year has gone so quickly, we have had many things on and still more to come. John has had more bikes taken off his hands, this time going to India. We have recently helping with Car Parking at the Geelong Show. Now we are collecting plastic bottle tops that will be donated to make children's prosthetic hands, fantastic. Our Op shop is looking New and revitalised.... And the Road Home project is still receiving items for those experiencing Homelessness See more

08.01.2022 It is a privilege to Support others in these unusual and demanding times. We have provided over 150 computers, netbooks, ipads to struggling families in the last few months. Also over 120 bikes have been distributed. This has depleted our stocks. We are looking for old and unused bicycles to repair and donate. We are also looking for Computer equipment that is being retired, through Businesses, Schools or home, these will be repaired and donated to needy students and families. 07.01.2022 Below is a snippet of the continued work we are doing in our community. Collecting warm clothes and hygiene items for the homeless, donating bikes and computers, running our Op shop and also now collecting Plastic Bottle tops to create prosthetic hands.
