25.01.2022 To our Little Flower Factory Friends, unfortunately due to the current situation we decided to temporarly close until we are through this difficult time we are all experiencing. This decision wasn't easy to make, though in the best interest for all, due to the availabilty and limited stock as well as health and safety For prevention of cross contamination. As we are a member of a floral network throughout Australia and overseas, it has been brought to our attention that our N...etwork has still our website accepting orders which has resulted in a bit of confustion and disapointment for our valued customers. If you require flowers to be sent, you are welcome to msg us and will will direct you to a operating reputable florist in the area of your delivery. To all our clients with events, and brides and grooms with postponed weddings, we are devastated that this is happening, but we can’t wait until all this is over and we can get to work helping your magical day come to life. It was truly one of the most special pieces of work we have done. Mikaila sadly lost her battle with alveolar soft part sarcoma, but will forever have left her mark on this world. Mikaila and the family strongly recommend to check for lumps and always get a second opinion. 15.01.2022 **Important Message** Dear Customers - we would like to assure you that we are taking all measures to ensure the safety of our customers and staff during the Covid-19 Pandemic. In the short term, all of our deliveries will be "contactless" meaning that your delivery will not be signed for by the recipient, and will be placed at the door for the recipient to retrieve. If we have the phone number of the recipient, we will call them on our arrival to advise that we have a deliv...ery, so that they can retrieve the delivery from their door. If no answer, or no phone number has been given, our driver will knock at the door, and then stand back from the door to carry out the delivery. Our driver will take the name of the receiver which will be noted on the delivery sheet. Any deliveries to aged care homes or hospitals will follow the protocols put in place by the aged care home or hospital, and our drivers will be following strict hygiene practices. None of our staff or drivers are presenting with any symptoms of Covid-19 and have been advised to self isolate if any symptoms do occur. 02.01.2022 WE’RE RELOCATING After 3 years we are saying goodbye to our shop front and have decided to work from a home based studio. This means our ordering process will be done either via 1. Facebook messenger 2. Over the phone (our shop and mobile numbers still the same) 3. Email ... 4. Website 5. Booked appointment (events) There will no longer be a shop front to walk in and order in the spot. We will still be working and available the same hours everyday. We will still be able to deliver all over the Illawarra. We plan to grow more in events and functions (once everything’s back to normal).
