17.01.2022 Wattle Happen to the Wattle? Growing Seeds from Space! Our Year 5 STEAM and Green Monitors worked extremely hard to put together an entry into the ‘What’ll Happen to the Wattle’ competition, which sees winning entries participate in a scientific investigation in conjunction with the Australian Space Agency and JAXA (Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency). The investigation will compare the growth of wattle seeds in space with seeds on planet Earth. We found out last week that our students’ entry was successful! Congratulations to all involved! To find out more about the project, watch the video linked (https://youtu.be/MsrZw6jW-j4) or visit One Giant Leap Australia Foundation .
