We are so happy to have you in the mix The 3rd batch in our Timely IPA series sees us explore the deep flavour of a new Aussie hop cultivar, along with some old favourites. HPA 016 certainly lives up to the hype delivering intense mandarin vibes with a touch of pine, a combo that we aren’t used to seeing in Australian hops. We followed up with heaps of Topaz & Galaxy adding dimensions of lychee and passionfruit. As the name suggests, this is a modern, juicy-style of IPA.
