25.01.2022 YOUR BRAND IS NOT YOUR LOGO, YOUR FONTS OR YOUR COLOURS. WHATTTTTT????? Yup, these are elements of your brand, the visual culmination of your brand but they are not YOUR BRAND.... Your brand is your reputation. Your brand is what people say about you/your business when you aren't around. Do you know what people are saying about you? How can you improve your client experience so people have something to talk about? How can you improve your local area marketing to start conversations that are positive? How can you improve your social media to make an impact on your audience so they fall in love with you before they ever become a client?

06.01.2022 When you think about the progression of your business, what does that look like for YOU? Where are you going to be in a years time, or 5 years time? Do you still want to be working on the floor? Do you want to have a big team? Do you want multiple locations?... Do you want to only work part time? Do you want your business to be operating out of your garage? There is no right or wrong answer, but its an important one for you to answer, becuase without addressing where you're going, you will always stay exactly where you are. Are you exactly where you want to be right now? (P.S If the answer is YES then thats freaking awesome!) Or do you want more for your life and business?

Did you know that that your logo and colours aren't your brand?... Ooooohhhh this was a big ah-hah moment for me! YOUR BRAND HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH YOUR FONTS, COLOURS, LOGO OR ANYTHING YOU CHOOSE! Your brand is actually completely out of your control! Yes these Branding Elements are SUPER IMPORTANT for your business, but its not waht actually makes your brand. What makes your is your reputation. What people say about you when you're not in the room. So when I bring your awareness to that idea, what ideas come to mind for you? What can you do to improve your client experience and enhance your brand reputation? What can you do to improve your social media so people love visiting your accounts? What can you do to improve word of mouth and local area marketing to get people talking in a super positive way about you? What can you do to wow the pants off people?
