20.01.2022 Today I managed to complete the 110 floors Firies challenge otherwise know as the 9/11 Memorial stair climb. The first stair climb held to support the mission of the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation was held on September 11, 2005. when five Colorado firefighters convened at a high-rise building in downtown Denver to climb 110 flights of stairs in memory of their FDNY brothers who were killed in the terrorist attacks of 9/11. This challenge was to test my fitness for... @firiesclimbformnd 2021 which will be raising funds for MND 110 floors in 24.28m which i was pleased with. 19.01.2022 Yesterday we completed the @coastrek challenge raising an incredible $1.53m for @beyondblueofficial to support their mental health programs. Congratulations to our fellow walkers and runners in the 60km, we managed to complete this stage in 13hrs with a mixed bag of wind, rain and unexpected sunshine along with sand and water in the shoes from the soft sand beaches and puddles.
