19.01.2022 New Series coming to Macro Fitness. Barre Lyrical 2 is signature class from The Barre Studio in Sydney CBD. This exciting new series will be coming to Macro Fitness locally in Loftus. Other classes also coming - Vinyasa Flow & Core, Barre Amplify and Pilates Core Fit. Monday 1pm... Tuesday 10am Wednesday 7.30pm Thursday - 7.30pm (Vinayasa Flow & Core) Friday 1pm Saturday 3pm All classes are a complete full body workout. Each specifically focusing on Core using Pilates techniques, postural strength and alignment, strong lean legs and firmer glutes. All classes have options for Beginners to advanced and can cater for postnatal and prenatal care. For specific health conditions please enquire as our trainer can also modify. We have a great range of equipment to help target a full body work out - Yoga Blocks, resistance bands, loop bands, dumbbells, Pilates gliding discs and Pilates balls.
