24.01.2022 I have forgotten to advise everybody that the post office is also an access point for Services Australia (formerly Centrelink). Access is available to the Services Australia website as well as the fax machine and photocopier/printer/scanner for their clients.

19.01.2022 Merry Christmas everyone. We hope it is enjoyable and safe. We are not open on Christmas Day but will be open for papers and milk, etc. on Boxing Day.

18.01.2022 Need some help in the Manang area. I had a man telephone the post office to say that he had picked up a black pug out the road - this gentleman was travelling from Adelaide to Sydney. He could not find any shops open when he was here so left the little dog in the playground, where I have just found him - OK but a little lonely perhaps. Does anyone know where he belongs. I am sure someone is missing him.

17.01.2022 I have just got my bulb order in this morning. Lots of interesting bulbs - hyacinths, daffodils, tulips, ranunculus, grape hyacinths, bearded and dutch iris as well as lycoris which probably should already be in the ground and ready to flower. All are now checked, priced and ready to go.

15.01.2022 Perhaps there has not been much advertising of the increase in postage but just wanting to let people know that standard letters are now $1.10. I am keeping eggs in the fridge at the moment due to the hot weather and there is some frozen bread in the freezer if you happen to run out.

07.01.2022 Just letting everyone know that we are open despite the virus. You know the saying - Through rain, hail, sleet and snow, and lovely autumn weather and COVID 19 lockdown, the mail must get through.

03.01.2022 Happy New Year everyone. I hope that you have a lovely New Year's Eve. The post office will be open tomorrow, New Year's Day, from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. for milk, papers, etc.
