This can have a serious impact on the self-esteem and confidence of the person experiencing the verbal abuse. 05.01.2022 Due to coronavirus (COVID-19) restrictions, Mansfield Shire Council will only operate an Emergency Relief Centre over the summer months as a last resort. Emergency services and recovery organisations are asking residents to plan to be self-sufficient and consider now where they can relocate to in an emergency, including alternative accommodation and identifying safe places for relocating animals as part of bushfire planning this year.
