23.01.2022 Hi everyone! Due to the new restrictions with the lockdown I am unable to do the 1:1 and 2:1 sessions from home but I can still do them, just elsewhere. I will most likely run these at Woori Yallock Oval or somewhere that suits the client. Please send me a message if you still are interested in doing these sessions

22.01.2022 Look at my amazing client!! This lovely lady has been religiously training with me for close to a year and her results show it. She continually pushes herself with training as well as food and her work. She has also stuck through her training all through lockdown, even though we all struggle some days. 18.01.2022 Wow wow wow This is one of my biggest transformations for my business and it’s my own journey. The first photo was me about 3-4 years ago, I was sitting at my lowest weight (35-37kg). I was unhealthy, i was sick, I wasn’t eating, I was stressed, I wasn’t happy. The second photo I am at my heaviest (52-55kg). I am healthy, I am eating, I am happy. It now states that you can not travel more than 5km from your house for exercise, sadly this includes personal training. I know some of my clients live close but for me at this time i can't risk it. So training will be now be finished until further notice! If you are interested in some sort of online training or zoom classes please let me know and I can sort something out! ...
