24.01.2022 Congratulations to Scott who has worked his butt off to achieve his current weight. Its amazing what a little hard work and a little diet tweaking can do. Keep it up mate your doing a great job before your wedding in 2 months :) Xmas tip #2; drink water between drinks to stay hydrated, which is essential for body management, whatever your goals may be!!

24.01.2022 Good Friday afternoon, heres a fantastic 30 min workout that I just did when time restricted; weighted chins 3 sets 8, weighted dips 3 set 12, deadlifts 3 sets 8 and push ups maxing out each set!! Time restricted I think not!!! Feel pumped and ready for the weekend!!!!

23.01.2022 What a fantastic way to start the week. Firstly Matty smashed it in the studio, then Tennille hits an amazon CF session in the park!! Fantastic to train clients going 100% at the start of the week :) Then enough time for a 30 gym session for myself; 3 sets 10 chins, 3 sets 20 dips, 3 sets 10 seated row and 3 sets 10 shoulder press!! How did your week start???

18.01.2022 Christmas Eating Tip #1; Do not have a snack before going to a party in an effort to control your eating. The whole point of going to a Christmas party is to eat other peoples food for free!! LOL Remember 75% of the time its not the food were eating but the amount were eating so be aware of your portions :) mmmmmmm Christmas food!!

11.01.2022 Heres a great recipe for food lovers that I have found and that I am creating tonight, check out he nutrition facts at the bottom of the page. Who said eating healthy was tough?? Chipotle-Glazed Roast Chicken with Sweet Potatoes Makes: 6 servings Prep time: 15 minutes Cook time: 35 minutes Ingredients... 4 sweet potatoes (10 ounces each), peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces 2 1/2 tablespoons olive oil 4 chipotle chilies in adobo sauce, minced 2 garlic cloves, minced 2 tablespoons honey 2 teaspoons cider vinegar 1 1/4 teaspoons salt, plus additional to taste 1 teaspoon cumin 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (2 pounds), rinsed and patted dry Chopped cilantro, for garnish (optional) Directions 1. Preheat the oven to 240 degrees. In a medium bowl, toss the sweet potatoes in the olive oil and scatter on the bottom of a roasting pan. Roast for 15 minutes. 2. In a small bowl, mix together the chilies, garlic, honey, vinegar, salt, cumin, and cinnamon to make a paste. Rub the paste evenly over each breast. 3. Place the chicken breasts on top of the sweet potatoes and roast until the chicken is just cooked through, about 25 to 30 minutes. Serve garnished with cilantro if desired.
